1 cup of almonds, roughly chopped
1 cup of rolled oats
½ cup of pumpkin seeds
½ cup of quinoa
¼ cup of pure organic maple syrup
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of raw cane sugar or brown sugar
¼ tablespoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl add almonds, oats, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, sesame seeds cinnamon and sugar. Stir together.
In a large pan, heat coconut oil and maple syrup. Stirring frequently until the two have visually combined.
Stir in dry ingredients. Mix until everything has been properly coated and then spread evenly on a baking pan.
Bake for twenty minutes. Remove from oven and stir around granola. Put back into the oven and cook for another 5 – 10 minutes. Until golden brown!
Remove from oven & enjoy!
